Letting go and pronouncing, 'f off', to all your worries is the way forward according to John Parkin. That may be too simple a theory for some but it is a refreshing read!

Arthur Smith's mind is certainly agile! A comedian and broadcaster, this is his contribution to our Ten Questions Project.

Book Review - The Social Entrepreneur by Andrew Mawson
My copy of this book looks terrible. Busy with Xmas preparation, I'm behind with my reading. The only time to catch up is during my evening bath. 'The Social Entrepreneur' has fallen into the water twice and though I've dried it out, it's a bedraggled version of its former self.

Editor's Column - Ten Questions Project
Life is full of ups and downs. Negative responses from a 'dragon' and a 'professional Londoner musician'. Life is like a hot potato! When life throws you a 'down' it's like a hot potato. You either catch it and burn your hands or you step to one side, let it pass you by and learn from the experience.

Book Review - A World Without Bees
The chapter titles alone give some idea of this fascinating yet dreadful story about honeybees. ‘In the beginning was the buzz, The master pollinator, The shrinking gene pool, One crises after another, Colony collapse disorder.... A world without bees’.

Ten Questions Project - Barefoot Doctor
The Barefoot Doctor contributes to our project. A natural communicator, his responses urge us to dig deep, uncover our true nature and stride forth with humility.

Feature - Liquid Engineering Black Seed Oil
Seeds of information about Nigella Sativa pushed their way onto my path this week. When the same information pops into your head twice in one week, it's normally justified by our stern right hand brain as coincidence but three times in one week borders along the lines of a message of some sort. Spurred on by the thought that other messages might be blocked by ignoring this one, I leapt into action.

Book Review - Dowsing For Cures by Wilma Davidson
Its always a pleasure to read Wilma's work. Admittedly, I normally share review books with other like minded souls and give them away but Wilma's treasures always sit proud on my book shelves, in the section reserved for favourites.

Exhibition Review - Yoga Show, Olympia Oct/Nov 2008
Over 200 exhibitors gathered for this years' Yoga Show. I was exhausted after only 30 minutes but kept myself going on free samples of licorice tea and tasty seed snacks.

A revolutionary new treatment which returns the atlas bone to its natural position is now available in London. Book Review - Dowsing For Answers by Wilma Davidson
The books that we treasure are few and far between, every now and again a special one crosses our path. This book is one of those treasures and its highly recommend. Wilma Davidson writes like a story teller of old, like a grandmother whom you have no wish to rebel against. Some authors write to hear their own voice, Davidson writes to share her knowledge.

Feature - The Great Invocation
Released into humanity during the 1930’s and said to be an updated version of The Lord’s Prayer, its power transcends all religious boundaries. ‘The Great Invocation is a bit like an older brother or sister taking you to a football match and paying for you to get in so you can enjoy all the excitement and fun of the game with everyone else who is there’.

Book Review - Get Out of Your Way: Unlocking the Power of Your Mind to Get What You Want, by Layton Park
It took me ages to ‘get into’ this book, I am usually eager, ready and willing to embrace new information. When Get Out of Your Way arrived through the post, I flipped through the index and made a judgement that was one of resistance to its message. This judgement was instant and I did not understand why I felt this way. I was being sulky and let’s face it, somewhat childish. Since reading the book, I now understand that I just wasn’t programmed (yet!) to receive let alone understand this new information.

Editors Column - Blame it on the Moon
On the subject of sap rising, I recently received extraordinary information about an energy which is natural, powerful and free. This bolt from the blue came via my hairdresser but the energy I speak of comes via Mother Nature.

Book Review - Change Your Life by John Bird
In an ideal world each of us would start out with the same chances in life, equally equipped to deal with whatever life throws at us. With knowledge lovingly passed on to us by wise and experienced parents, we’d be armed with the inner confidence to find our niche and live long and happy lives.

Book Review - The 13th Step: A Global Journey in Search of Our Cosmic Destiny by Jude Currivan
The 13th Step is the true story of the author and her companions, who undertook extraordinary inward and outward journeys. It shares the experiences of 13 sacred pilgrimages undertaken to activate the cosmic healing energies of ancient sites. Some 37,000 years ago soular discs were concealed at different sacred locations around the world. This knowledge, given by the Elohim to Lemurian elders for safekeeping was not intended for use by their civilisation, the discs were intended for use by our civilisation and have now been activated to ease the collective shift of awareness prophesied for 2012.
