The Yoga Show, Olympia Oct/Nov 2008
Over 200 exhibitors gathered for this years' Yoga Show. I was exhausted after only 30 minutes but kept myself going on free samples of licorice tea and tasty seed snacks.
The first exhibitor to catch my attention was Innerlight, I'll be writing an article about their work as soon as I've sampled their products. From what I can gather, by drinking Innerlight Supergreens you'll start to see a difference in your energy levels. Supergreens are totally natural food supplements, packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, anti-oxidents and plant proteins. I can't wait to try them out.
Another favourite was The Mercy Trading Company who produce Blackseed Oil as well as other nutritional supplements. I rave to anyone who'll listen to me about Blackseed Oil, it's an amazing product. An article about this ancient gift of the earth will be posted soon on thealternativeview.org, but having sampled Mercy's oil, it seemed a lot thicker than any other I have tried. The very helpful young man I spoke to assured me that within three days I would radiate health, he probably says that to all the girls! Anyway we could all use some inner liquid engineering!
My final favourite from this show was a piece of apparatus that purifies water. The Double Egg Water Vortex looks like an egg timer and is billed as 'The simplest, most beautiful and effective way to purify water at home'. Again I shall be reviewing this product asap.
