F**k it - the ultimate spiritual way by John C. Parkin
Hating the title but intrigued by the idea of anarchy, I pushed aside my initial judgement and I'm glad I did. I'm totally refreshed by the book's message.
Letting go and pronouncing, 'f off', to all your worries is the way forward according to John Parkin. That may be too simple a theory for some but it is a refreshing read!
For instance Parkin says we should bin all diet books and plant trees instead, eating the fruit will help us loose more weight than following any diets!. Full review coming soon.
